US HealthRealty provides project management services to assist owners throughout the complete building process. As the owner’s representative, we will ensure an exceptional building experience by maximizing project flow and minimizing conflicts, project delays, and cost overruns. During the preconstruction phase, we will determine the needs, goals and requirements of the owner and communicate them with the architects and engineers in order to present clear drawings and begin the bidding and selection process.
Once construction begins, US HealthRealty will serve as a consultant and interpreter so that the owner has a total understanding of every aspect of the project. While monitoring the schedule and quality of the project, we will also communicate and manage pay requests and change orders. If necessary, we will work with the owner, architect, and engineers to resolve any field problems. When the project is complete, we will assure that the owner is pleased with the final product and that all punch list items are complete.
